Amenities
The Coquille River RV Park is a low-fuss RV park that offers minimal amenities that are designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The RV sites are spacious and equipped with water and electric connections. The park offers Wi-Fi access, allowing guests to stay connected while enjoying the natural beauty around them. There are clean and well-maintained restrooms and shower facilities in the park. Each site has a fire ring and a picnic table.

Access
Situated on the banks of the Coquille River, this RV park offers easy access to a wealth of outdoor adventures. Fishing enthusiasts can cast their lines into the river’s pristine waters (not from the park), known for its abundant salmon and steelhead trout. Kayakers and paddleboarders can explore the calm currents and picturesque scenery. The park is also within close proximity to miles of stunning coastline, where visitors can enjoy beachcombing, tide pooling, and breathtaking sunsets.
The Coquille River RV Park is very easy to access using major, well-maintained roads.
Atmosphere
One of the Coquille River RV Park’s greatest draws is its welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The park is family-owned and operated, and the owner takes pride in ensuring a warm and inviting environment for all guests. The owner of the park is Chef Amanda Stine of Garland’s Lodge in Sedona. You can pick up a copy of her cookbook at the park or get a copy here on Amazon. I have made a few delicious meals from this cookbook.
Environment
Surrounded by the beauty of the Oregon coast, the Coquille River RV Park immerses guests in a diverse natural environment. Since the park is located on the Coquille River, you can take in the views of the trees and lush foliage that provide a tranquil backdrop, while the soothing sounds of flowing water create a sense of peace and serenity. Wildlife enthusiasts can spot a variety of bird species and other creatures that call this area home. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll along the riverbank or a hike through nearby state parks, nature lovers will be captivated by the abundance of flora and fauna.
Surrounding Area
While the Coquille River RV Park offers a peaceful retreat, the nearby town of Bandon adds a dash of coastal charm. Known for its picturesque beaches, dramatic sea stacks, and world-class golf courses, Bandon is a popular destination for visitors seeking a quintessential coastal experience. Explore the vibrant Old Town district with its art galleries, boutique shops, and delectable seafood restaurants. Don’t miss the iconic Bandon Beach, where you can stroll along the sandy shores, fly a kite, or try your hand at kiteboarding.
Favorite Things
My sister loves the West Coast Safari Park and we go there every time we are in Bandon or near the city. It is fun to see the animals and feed the goats. However, the beauty that surrounds the town of Bandon is more impressive to me. I like the nature trails, the beaches (even though they are usually cold and windy), and wondering tough the small shops and restaurants near the ocean.
At the campsite, I enjoyed just sitting around sipping tea and listening to the river.
If I could change one thing…
There is not much I would change about this park. The weather in Bandon is often windy, but that has nothing to do with the park. As with any RV park, I would love total privacy from my neighbor with green screening. however, the sites in this park are spacious and your neighbors are far from you.
