Amenities
This RV resort had EVERYTHING you could want in a campground. Sometimes you go to a “resort” but it lacks the amenities you would expect from a resort. Here you can find a heated pool, an arcade, laundromat, private beach access, security, mini-golf, small playgrounds scattered throughout the park, and easy access to the village. There is also a restaurant on site. Each site has a fire pit and a picnic table.
If you are in the area, I highly recommend this place.

Access
The resort is right off of the freeway. There are a few small beach streets that are not very wide that you will need to maneuver in order to arrive at the park.
Atmosphere
I have only been to this park once but I know people who stay here often. While I was here the campground was quiet even though there were a lot of people there. The campers were respectful and friendly. There is security so it felt safe. The staff was friendly minus one woman in the front office who seemed to be curt each time I talked to her or called.
Environment
The spaces are of varying sizes. The size of your rig will determine the space you get. Mine space was small and pretty close to my neighbor. I had room to put out my mat, 4 chairs, and a fire pit (although there are fire pits at each site). There was not a lot of space to spread out. Behind the campsite is a stretch of grass that separates your site from your neighbor on the other side.
Surrounding area

The central coast of California is amazing. There is so much to do and see. It is the reason I go to Pismo Beach. There are great restaurants, fun shops, surfing, nearby wineries, and the ocean. You should not miss the elephant seals in San Simeon, the Madonna Inn, or Old West Cinnamon Rolls. If you are staying for an extended time you can easily drive to Big Sur or visit LA. If you are into off-roading, Pismo has great sand dunes.
It is an easy walk to the pier and the village from the RV park.
Favorite Things
My favorite thing about this RV park is its proximity to everything and everything the surrounding area has to offer.

If I could change one thing…
I love everything about this place. I do wish the sites were a little bigger so I didn’t feel so closed in.
